My name is Joe Haiston, owner and operator of Impact Plumbing. I’ve been plumbing in Las Vegas for 15 years and built this company from scratch with one mission in mind: hire the best, deliver the best, and protect every home we step into.

I’m a proud dad of two daughters who mean the world to me, and when I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at a baseball game or enjoying time with my family.

My goal is simple – to make Impact the number one plumbing brand in Las Vegas by doing honest work, providing real solutions, and leading a team I’m proud to put in your home.

Hands-on entrepreneur and the driving force behind Impact Plumbing, a fast-growing plumbing company based in Las Vegas. I’m a single father to two boys, Carlos and Dylan, and on my time off you’ll usually find us playing soccer or making memories together.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called Impact Plumbing to fix a water leak to my ceiling and to the walls  below. Someone came a short time later and was able to find the problem and fixed it immediately. The technician, Christian, quoted me a surprisingly lower estimate than I had expected and no other charges were added after the work was done.
I  had to call Impact Plumbing 2 days later with what appeared to be a problem with my water heater. Again, a technician, Jack Clement, came on schedule. He was courteous and very knowledgeable.  An increased pressure was causing a leakage. He gave me a very reasonable quote and scheduled to return to install an expansion tank. He installed it today and fixed the leakage problem.
